Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 24 months of driving experience. Exceptions may be considered only with prior management approval, at a higher rental rate, with a higher deposit and a surcharge. Please contact our team before booking if you do not meet the standard requirements; approval is not guaranteed.
Our priority is to provide the exact car model you booked. We will do our best to have that model ready for you; if it is unavailable, we will aim to offer a better alternative.
Your rental booking is fully paid online. The security deposit is paid when you collect the car. We accept credit and debit cards for online payment.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental.

In case of an accident, call us immediately. Write down the names and addresses of all involved parties and any witnesses. Never admit liability, and do not leave the vehicle without ensuring it is safe. Contact the police at 911.
Unused rental days are not refunded if you return the car early.
Yes, your credit card information is secure. Our online reservation service is located on a secure server that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypting technology to ensure the safety of your transaction.
Once your booking is confirmed, please send our team a copy of your passport and driving licence by WhatsApp or email. This helps us prepare your rental before you arrive. Please also bring your original documents when collecting the car.
For an airport booking, please share the flight numbers for both your arrival and departure. For a hotel or another pickup location, send the hotel name or the exact location. Let us know if your travel details change so we can confirm your arrangements.
A member of our team will be waiting for you at the airport, holding a sign with your name. We will confirm the meeting details with you before arrival, so you know where to find us.
For your airport return, a member of our team will meet you at the departures parking area to collect the car. Please confirm the handover time and exact meeting point with us in advance, and allow enough time before your flight.
