Sand from Wadi Rum? Dust from Petra? Return it dirty, we don't charge for natural dirt!

If you get a fine, you pay the fine "as is." We don't add hidden processing fees.

Free cancellation and changes up to 48 hours before your trip starts.

⚠️ Important: Driving is strictly allowed within Jordanian borders only.
⚖️ The Official Agreement (Simplified)
1. Who can drive?
Only the renter and any Additional Drivers listed on the contract. Drivers must be 18+ with a valid license. We offer additional drivers for FREE, so please list everyone!
2. Smoking & Vaping 🚬
It's your vacation, enjoy it! We won't force you not to smoke. We just ask for manners and moderation. Please try to keep the car fresh for the next guest to avoid deep-cleaning fees.
3. Payments & Deposits
Standard Deposit: 100 JD.
Luxury/Executive Deposit: Up to 500 JD (depending on vehicle).
Traffic Fines: You pay exactly what the ticket costs. No hidden admin fees.
4. What voids Insurance?
- Driving outside Jordan borders.
- Off-road driving (unpaved roads).
- Driving under influence (Alcohol/Drugs).
- Using for commercial hire (Taxi/Uber).
- Overloading: More passengers than seatbelts.
- Tampering: Disconnecting the Odometer.
5. In Case of Accident
If anything happens (even a scratch), stay calm! 🛑 You must take photos/videos and WhatsApp us immediately so we can assist you.
You must obtain a Police Report. Opening an insurance file costs 350 JOD (mandatory excess).
6. GPS & Privacy 🛰️
For your safety and vehicle security, our cars are equipped with GPS tracking systems. We respect your privacy and only access this data for vehicle recovery, emergencies, or policy violations.
7. Don't Forget Your Things!
Please check the trunk, glovebox, and under the seats! We can't ship lost items back to you... unless you buy us a plane ticket to deliver it personally! ✈️😉
(Just kidding! But seriously, we are not responsible for items left behind, so please double-check).
8. Extending Your Rental 🧡
Loving the ride and want to stay longer? Please contact us before your time is up! If you keep the car without telling us, things get awkward (and legally complicated). Let's keep it official!
9. Staying Connected 📱
By signing, you're cool with us calling or texting you (for rental updates or surveys). We promise not to spam you—we only reach out when it matters!
10. Legal Disputes
We prefer to solve things with coffee ☕, but legally: disputes are resolved via Amman Commercial Consumer Arbitration Rules.

11. Wrong Drop-off Location 📍
Please return the car to the agreed location! (Inside Amman) Leaving the car at a different location (Outside Amman) without prior approval incurs a 500 JD Recovery Fee. (We really don't want to charge this, so please just let us know plans change!)
12. Right to Repossess 🔐
If the rules are broken (e.g., illegal use, payment failure, or ghosting us), we reserve the right to terminate the agreement and retrieve the vehicle immediately without notice.
13. Be a Car Hero (Fluids) 🦸
For long trips, please keep an eye on dashboard warning lights (Oil, Water, Tire Pressure). If a light pops on, stop and call us. Continuing to drive with a warning light makes you responsible for engine damage.
14. Digital Privacy (Bluetooth) 📲
We love your playlist, but the next renter doesn't need your contacts list! Please unpair your phone (Bluetooth) and wipe your personal data from the screen before returning.
We are not responsible for any data or digital profiles left on the infotainment system.
