Compare the full rental cost
Your rental booking is fully paid online. The security deposit is paid when you collect the car. We accept credit and debit cards for online payment. Unused rental days are not refunded if you return the car early.

If your plans change, contact ELDorado before the agreed return time. An extension depends on vehicle availability and the applicable rental conditions.
Arrange a suitable pickup location
Select an available Amman or Queen Alia Airport pickup and return location when checking your dates. If the form does not show the arrangement you need, contact our team before making your reservation.

01Can I check availability for several weeks?
Enter the full rental period in the booking form to check the vehicles and totals available for those dates. Contact us if you need help with an extended stay or if no suitable result is shown.
02Is a longer rental always cheaper per day?
The price depends on your dates, vehicle, and selected options. Compare the full displayed rental total or ask our team for an enquiry based on your specific plans.
03Can I extend an existing rental?
Contact our team before the agreed return time to discuss an extension. We must confirm vehicle availability and the rental conditions before you keep the car longer.
04Who can rent a car with ELDorado?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 24 months of driving experience. Exceptions may be considered only with prior management approval, at a higher rental rate, with a higher deposit and a surcharge. Please contact our team before booking if you do not meet the standard requirements; approval is not guaranteed.
05Can I get a refund if I return early?
Unused rental days are not refunded if you return the car early.
06What should I send after booking?
Once your booking is confirmed, please send our team a copy of your passport and driving licence by WhatsApp or email. This helps us prepare your rental before you arrive. Please also bring your original documents when collecting the car.
